Scoring Framework
Every TMS platform in our catalog is scored against 77 individual features grouped into 8 weighted categories. Each feature receives a 0–10 score based on capability depth (not just presence). Category scores are normalized to 100, then weighted to produce the composite score.

What We Don't Do
- No pay-to-play: Vendors cannot pay for placement, higher scores, or removal from our rankings.
- No affiliate bias: Our scoring methodology is applied identically regardless of any affiliate relationships.
- No "contact us" fudges: If a vendor won't disclose pricing, we note it and factor pricing transparency into the score.
Refresh Cadence
Rankings are re-derived quarterly. We re-evaluate every platform's feature set, pricing, integration ecosystem, and user feedback. Major product releases trigger off-cycle scoring updates.
